At Nourished Hounds, we stand behind the quality of everything we make—from our gently cooked Bowl Boosters to our dehydrated Healthy Snack Packs. If something’s not quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Returns

Unopened dehydrated treats (Healthy Snack Packs) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or credit. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
 
Bowl Boosters are perishable and cannot be returned. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out. We handle all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and want you (and your pup!) to be happy.

Exchanges

If we made a mistake and you received the wrong item, we’re on it. Just let us know within 14 days, and we’ll make sure you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Return or Refund

All return, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted through our Contact Page within 14 days of purchase. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can help you as efficiently as possible.
